Monday Breakfast: Cereal- toasted oats & cranberries
Snack #1 Grapefruit sections
Lunch: Turkey sandwich
Snack #2 Baby carrots
Dinner: Honey-Lime Cilantro Chicken, steamed broccoli, roasted garlic red skin
mashed potatoes
Snack #3 Cherry tomatoes

Tuesday Breakfast : Bagel & Cream cheese
Snack #1 Vegetable juice
Lunch: Chicken & spinach salad
Snack #2 Cucumber slices
Dinner: Baked italian chicken,grilled corn with cilantro-lime spread, tossed salad
Snack #3 Grapes

Wed Breakfast: Oatmeal & sweet cranberries
Snack #1 Celery & cream cheese
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich
Snack #2 Cauliflower
Dinner: Herb roasted chicken & vegetables
Snack #3 Orange

Thursday Breakfast: Peanutbutter toast
Snack #1 Tangerine
Lunch: Chicken & spinach salad

Sunday Breakfast: Oatmeal & sweet cranberries

Dinner: Chicken & basil rice stir-fry, steamed broccoli

GRANOLA goodness

....... ORGANIC GRANOLA GOODNESS..........
Mix together 3 cup organic thick rolled oats
1 cup organic oat flour(make you own-1c rolled oat in processor)
1/4-1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds
Mix in 2nd bowl
1/2 cup expelled organic coconut oil
1/2 cup raw honey
1/4 cup hot tap water,hot water helps melt honey (microwave will destroy good
honey)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Pour oil, honey mixture over dry mixture, mix together
Bake 250' oven for 1 hour stiring every 15 minutes
Add raisin or cranberries & seeds(or nuts) if you prefer

ITS SUNDAY, LETS COOK!

Beef Stew

1 t oil
24 oz Frozen stew vegetables
1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, 1" cubes
1 t Worcestershire sauce
10 3/4 oz can French onion soup
10 3/4 oz can tomato soup

Heat oil in large pan medium heat: add meat cook & stir
until browned & juices have evaporated. Add soup,sauce & vegetables; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover& cook over low heat for 10 to 15 min until vegetables are tender.
